Avocado Oil

Avocado Oil is known to be rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acid Oleic Acid (C18:1).  It is rich in Vitamin A, B1, B2, D, and E,  sterols, pantothenic acid,  proteins,  lecithin, beta-carotene, and more than twenty percent essential unsaturated fatty acids: palmitic, palmitoleic, stearic, oleic, linoleic and linolenic. 

Avocado Oil Benefits

Avocado oil is known to stimulate collagen and elastin in the skin, and is especially useful for mature, aging, and very dry (lacking oil) skin. 

Because Avocado oil is high in sterolins (also called plant steroids) softens the skin and imparts a superior moisturizing effect, making it an ideal ingredient for dehydrated and climate damaged skin, which helps nourish and rejuvenate the skin.
