All items normally ship out within 1-5 business days. Items that require a special order, on back-order, or made to order may require additional time. We will notify you of such occurrences.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING - all products currently come with FREE SHIPPING within the USA by USPS, UPS, or FEDEX, depending on the size of your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - calculated at check-out. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to high risk (in our opinion) countries. In such event, a full refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to choose the most suitable domestic or international shipper to ship the customers' orders, regardless or the option a customer chooses at check-out. We currently utilize the following shipping companies: UPS, FEDEX, DHL, ARAMEX, and USPS. These could change without notice.
In order to check-out at our store, a customer must create a store account. Doing so will create the ability to track customer orders, as well as, save addresses and payment information (optional) in the account.
We currently accept all major credit cards through Shopify Pay, Stripe and Paypal at check-out.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If our product(s) did not work for you, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery of product(s) to customer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
To receive a full refund (minus shipping charge that we paid to ship the item to the customer) the item must be in the original packaging and unopened/unused.
For opened and/or used items, the customer is responsible for a restocking fee of 20% of the order total. The item must be 3/4 full upon return.
Bulk, wholesale returns: We assess 30% restocking fee on all bulk items' returns of one gallon and larger, plus the original shipping fee we paid for delivery of the product(s) to the customer. Please order small quantity before ordering in bulk, to make sure the product meets your expectations.
Please notify the store of the return tracking information to receive a refund within 48 hours of return completion.
Damaged in shipping and lost items are limited to replacement.
We are being charged merchant processing fees (ranging from 3-6%, depending on a merchant) for every customer’s payment to us and every payment refund to a customer. Therefore, if a customer places an order and asks for cancellation before an order is fulfilled, we will deduct the payment processing fees (both ways) from a refund.
REFUSED PACKAGES UPON DELIVERY AND PACKAGES SHIPPED TO UNDELIVERABLE SHIPPING ADDRESS
If a buyer refuses a shipped package (order) upon delivery or the package is not delivered due to undeliverable shipping address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges assisiated with shiping and return of the package.
We offer subscriptions of our items with sliding scale discounts (5-25% discount, depending on frequency of fulfillment). The discounts are incentives for frequent purchases. A customer may choose a desired subscription on each product's page before placing the item in the cart.
In order to keep the subscribed items at the subscription price, the subscription must be filled at least 3 times before cancellation. If a subscription is cancelled before 3 fulfillments, a customer will be charged for the full price of the previously fulfilled items (i.e., a difference in price, as if the items were purchased at full price).
If an item is purchased with the subscription and is returned, this item will be charged at full price and the difference in price will be deducted from the refund.
Items received free with an order must be returned if any portion of the order is returned, or the free item's current retail price will be deducted from the return's total.

- Items that are returned by habitual returners (we reserve the right to identify such items and customers and refuse return, as well as future sale without notice)
