📦 Shipping
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days.
Made-to-order or special-order items may require additional time—we will notify you if this applies.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and destination.
International Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to decline shipments to high-risk destinations. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping Carriers
We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers as needed to ensure reliable delivery.

Creating an account is optional.
An account allows you to track orders and save your information for faster checkout.
💳 Payments
We accept all major credit cards through Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident ordering from us.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Unopened items qualify for a full refund (excluding original shipping cost)
Opened Items
- A 20% restocking fee applies
- Item must be at least 75% full
Bulk Orders
- Orders of 1 gallon or more are subject to a 30% restocking fee
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
👉 We strongly recommend ordering smaller quantities first before purchasing in bulk.
📦 Return Process
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Please Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Please provide return tracking information
- If the returned item(s) is not post-stamped within 7 days after receiving RAN, we will consider the return abandoned.
- Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item
🚚 Damaged or Lost Shipments
Items damaged in transit or lost in shipping are eligible for replacement.
❌ Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Because payment processors charge non-refundable fees, cancellations will be refunded minus processing fees (typically 3–6%).
📦 Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is:
- Refused upon delivery, or
- Undeliverable due to incorrect address
The customer is responsible for all shipping and return costs.
🔁 Subscriptions
Subscriptions offer discounted pricing (5–25%) for recurring purchases.
Important Terms
- Minimum of 3 fulfilled orders required before cancellation
- Early cancellation results in adjustment to full product pricing
If a subscribed item is returned, pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel subscriptions if necessary.
🎁 Free Items
If an order includes a free item and is returned, the free item must also be returned, or its retail value will be deducted from the refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Product samples
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Certain personal care items (if specified)
We reserve the right to refuse returns from accounts with excessive return activity.
