Our essential oils and absolutes are highly concentrated botanical materials intended for external use only. They are not suitable for internal consumption. “Natural” does not equal risk-free. Some oils require lower usage levels or may not be appropriate in certain conditions. For example, Arnica and Wormwood (among others) essential oils are strictly for external use only and must never be ingested. Conduct your own research before use.
