🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Unopened and unused items qualify for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs)

🧴 Opened or Used Items

We understand that some products need to be tested.

• A 20% restocking fee applies to opened or used items
• Items must be at least 75% full upon return

🧪 Bulk Orders

For bulk items (1 gallon and larger):

• A 30% restocking fee applies
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

👉 We strongly recommend ordering smaller quantities first before purchasing in bulk.

📦 Return Process

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Please Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  
• Please provide return tracking information
• If the returned item(s) is not post-stamped within 7 days after receiving RAN, we will consider the return abandoned.
  
• Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item

🚚 Damaged or Lost Items

Items that are damaged in shipping or lost in transit are eligible for replacement.

🎁 Free Items

If your order included a free item:

• It must be returned with the order, or
• Its retail value will be deducted from your refund

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Product samples (including paid samples)
• Gift cards
• Downloadable products
• Certain personal care items (if specified)

We reserve the right to refuse returns from accounts exhibiting excessive or abusive return behavior.
