Osmanthus Absolute Oil is solent-extracted from the flowers of Osmanthus Fragrans plant, native to Asia and is especially found in the Himalayas. Osmanthus frowers spread from South China to Taiwan, Japan, Southeast Asia, Cambodia, Thailand. The common names of Osmanthus plant are Sweet Osmanthus, Tea Olive, Sweet Olive, and Fragrant Olive.

True Osmanthus oil has a very complex scent that is very tenacious, intensely rich, sharp, somewhat sweet, fruity, floral, with ripe apricot, dried raisin and plum nuances, light spicy, soft green, medicinal notes, and faint animalic and leather undertones.
