Arnica Oil Directions for Use
Apply a small amount to affected area, massage gently for 3-5 minutes. Do not apply to open wounds and cuts. Arnica oil extract can be incorporated into a formulation to make a bruise cream, pain relief cream, or sunburn lotion. In a massage oil, mix about 10 to 30 % of our Arnica oil. Arnica oil provides the best benefit when used within 12 months from purchase date.
