Withdrawal (EU Customers)

According to EU regulations, we must inform our EU customers that they can cancel their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, adhering to the 14-day cooling-off period policy. To cancel your order or initiate a return, please contact us and provide your email address, order number, and the reason for withdrawal (optional).

Please note that our return policy stipulates that if you decide to return the product within the 14-day cooling-off period, you will be responsible for the costs of postage and packaging for both the original shipment and the return shipment to the store.
