Pink Lotus Absolute Oil (Nelumbo nucifera)

Rich, resinous, and deeply floral — a premium pink lotus absolute for perfume making, skincare formulations, aromatic blends, massage oils, and luxury botanical use.

Our Pink Lotus Absolute Oil (Nelumbo nucifera) is a concentrated floral extract used in natural perfumery, botanical skincare, and oil-based fragrance formulations. This darker variety ranges from deep amber to brown, reflecting its higher wax and resin content and its fuller aromatic profile.

The aroma is floral, honeyed, softly spicy, and gently earthy, making it ideal for pink lotus perfume blends, facial oils, aromatic body oils, massage oils, and solid perfume formulations. Compared to lighter lotus extracts, this version offers more depth, warmth, and a richer floral character.

Ideal for:
pink lotus absolute for perfume making, floral oils for skincare formulations, aromatic blends, massage and body oils, solid perfume ingredients, and luxury fragrance design.

Peculiar

This is not a strong fragrance, but quite unique. There is a heavy low-toned floral quality mixed with crayola crayon, hawthorn fruitiness, and a dry hay-like note. The oil is fairly thick with a waxiness, which seems to suggest good fixative qualities. While sampling a selection of florals on strips in the vicinity to this oil, this strip was absorbing and then relaying the aromas from the other oils! I can see it being useful for toning down aggressive blends and adding low-toned richness.
